Competition Entry

Call at the ground gear Site 10 (Ten) and enter the contest to:

Win the use of a front-end loader mounted Agronic WR 600 front rake for the balance of the 2020 /21 grass harvest season.

Entry window is over the duration of the demo day event and open until the 18^th December if you can’t make it to Harrisville. The free use period is:

1st January 2021 to 30th April 2021. (Or earlier by arrangement).

How to Enter

Either call in to site 10 at the Harrisville Harvest – Demo Day 2020 or alternatively you can fill out your details here & tell us (3) simple things about your business.

Entry is free and open to any NZ residents 18 years & over.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions (mandatory)

ELIGIBILITY:

Entrants must be a New Zealand resident and 18 years or over.

Entrants must have registered for the prize draw with the Ground Gear lead generation form between the dates of 10^th to  17^th December. This time frame is the only time frame in which entries will be taken, the same draw will also be running on Ground Gears face book page for the same dates.

*See note under PRIZE DRAW: One (1) entry will be selected from all entries received.

Entrants must consent to Ground Gear using their name, photo, hometown and image for publicity and promotional purposes and you must make yourself available for publicity photographs and interviews relating to the Competition for editorial purposes on request for no additional compensation.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

DATES:

Entries must be received by 11.59pm on December 18^th 2020.

PRIZE DRAW:

The Promoter’s judges will determine the winner of the Prize based on a draw. One (1) entry will be selected for the Prize from all entries received.

PRIZE:

The competition will have one winner who will receive free use of an Agronic front mounted Rake for the balance of the grass harvesting season running to 30^th April, plus the option, but not an obligation to buy the machine operated for the full season, at the end of the season for 80% of the advertised December Trade-Me price.

PRIZE DELIVERY:

The prize will be delivered by Ground Gear & set up in the field, the only responsibility incumbent on the prize winner is that the machine is insured under their Plant & Equipment policy for the months the machine is in use. Ground Gear Ltd will pay the insurance policy amount upon being provided by insurance cert.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

The winner will be contacted using details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days Ground Gear Ltd reserves the right to redraw the prize.

THE PROMOTER: is Ground Gear Ltd.

NO CORRESPONDENCE: The Promoter’s decision regarding the Winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

NOT REDEEMABLE: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.

INFORMATION: By entering the Competition, winners agree to their names being published, and to being photographed and/or interviewed by Ground Gear for promotional purposes.

OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: Competition entries become the property of Ground Gear Limited.

DATABASE: By agreeing “yes” on the entry form to receiving promotional information, entrants to the Competition permit Ground Gear Limited to enter their personal information into a database for the purpose of contacting them directly about any other Ground Gear promotional offers, special offers and other promotions. Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and to correct any personal information. Ground Gear’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.groundgear.co.nz.

NO LIABILITY: The Promoter and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Ground Gear takes no responsibility for prizes that are damaged in transit.

The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning.

Any information provided by you in the course of this Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
